Please also be advised our office will always be closed for the following holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Customer satisfaction is most important to us - we offer a 100% guarantee for all of our services. Our program guarantees that each therapist will check in with you after the first ten minutes of your massage or facial. Please communicate with our therapist your wishes and expectations prior to this ten minute mark - if you are not satisfied by this time, there is no obligation and NO hard feelings. We will attempt to do our best to book you with another therapist until you are satisfied.

Client Intake Form
All clients are required to complete an MTC Client Intake form before any treatment. For your convenience, you may download a copy of this form from our website (located under the "What to Expect" tab) and complete in advance to your appointment. Or simply arrive 10-minutes before your scheduled appointment time and complete within our facility. We also encourage our existing clients to update this form if there are any changes we should be aware of. Also, remember to ask our staff for special rates if it's your first visit with us!
Treatment Related Information
The massage therapists and licensed skin care therapists at Massage Therapy Clinic are trained in a variety of different techniques. We will consult with each client prior to your treatment to ensure that we meet your unique needs and goals. Our skin care treatments exclusively utilize the Eminence Organic Professional Product Line which deliver amazing results. Our licensed skin care therapists receive comprehensive training in the proper use of each professional product and believe the Eminence line to be an industry leader in quality skin products. The entire Eminence product line is available for purchase at Massage Therapy Clinic.
Specials, Coupons and Gift Cards/Certificates
Please be advised that we do offer specials and coupons from time-to-time, however, our policy is to accept only one discount per appointment.
Gift Cards/Certificates are valid 5-years from date of purchase with no depreciation fees.

You may cancel an appointment with no charge anytime before the close of business the day prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged $25; and if you do not show, or fail to cancel, you will be charged the full service price scheduled. Please note, when scheduling appointments online or when calling in for a first visit service, a credit card will be required to secure the appointment. To cancel an appointment, you must contact Massage Therapy Clinic by phone.
Late Arrival Policy
We will extend your session as long as the schedule permits; however, the full payment will be charged.
Massage Therapy Clinic accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover, checks and cash. Payment must be rendered at time of service. Although it is not expected, some clients choose to leave a gratuity for the therapist which can be done at time of payment.
Service Hands-On Time
All of our outlined therapy session times include 5-minutes of consultation and dress time.
Waxing prices listed are base prices. Prices may be adjusted if excessive time is required to perform the service.
Waiver of Liability
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions or limitations of treatment and to update any medical changes in their profile. The Client accepts responsibility for any risks they have been advised about associated with their service and understands they must inform the therapist if they feel any discomfort during the session. The Client understands the MTC staff is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session should be construed as such. MTC shall not be liable for any injuries or any damage to any Client or Guest, or the property of any Client or Guest, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damages whatsoever. MTC shall not be responsible or liable to Client’s or their Guests for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about MTC, or for loss or damages to any property including, but not limited, to automobiles and the contents thereof.
